If you would like to place a backorder for an item that is out of stock please call us toll free during business hours(Mon-Fri 9am-4pm PST). Items that are out of stock can not be ordered online until they are back in stock.

If you want to be notifed when something that is out of stock is available for purchase you can click on the details page of an item and click on the in stock notification link. Simply provide your email address and we'll notify you when it is back in stock.

We respect your privacy: We will not use your email for any other purpose other than to notify you when the item you are interested in is back in stock.

Typical lead times for out of stock items are approx 2-4 weeks.

• Lindsay Phillips 1-3 weeks
• Lolita 1-3 weeks
• Yurana 2-4 weeks
• Hiccup 2-4 weeks
• Mud Pie 4-10 weeks
• Kountry Krystal-Redneck Wine Glasses 3-6 weeks
• Santa Barbara 1-3 weeks
• Just the Right Shoe 6-12 weeks.
• DEI Glassware-We typically only order Dennis East International items 2-4 times per year, so out of stock items can be a few months before they will be available again for re-order.
• Patience Brewster-All Patience Brewster is hand made for us when we order. We have to place our orders many months in advance to get the stock we have so once it's sold out it will likely be out of stock for many months. If it is a retired design that we can't get back instock we will remove it from our site.
• AMIA, Slant, & CR Gibson are on clearance so stock is limited to what's on hand. No re-orders available on these lines.
• Some other current brands may have select items that are on clearance.
